Who can find me in search
- Everybody: people can find you by name or @username.
- My contacts: only people you added.
- Nobody: you do not appear in search.
Who can message me
- Everybody: anyone can start a private chat with you or add you to a group.
- My contacts: only people you added.
People who already share a chat with you can still see your profile. To stop one person reaching you, block them.
Online status
Whether you are online, and when you were last seen, is shown to the people you have private chats with and to people who saved you as a contact.
