Block a person
- Open their profile, from a chat with them or from a group’s member list.
- Choose Block and confirm.
You can also block someone while reporting them, with Also block.
What blocking does
- They cannot send you private messages or add you to groups.
- You no longer appear in each other’s search, and they cannot see when you are online or your photo.
- In groups you share, you can both still see the group’s messages.
Unblock
Open Settings > Blocked users and choose Unblock.
