Reset a forgotten password

We email you a way to choose a new password. Choosing one signs you out everywhere else.

In KyaChat Web

  1. On the sign-in page of KyaChat Web, enter your email address, then choose Forgot password?.
  2. Choose Send reset link. If that address has a KyaChat account, a link is on its way.
  3. Open the link within an hour and choose a new password of at least 8 characters.

In the apps

Choose Forgot password? on the password step. The email has a 6-digit code: enter it in the app within 15 minutes, then choose a new password. The email also has a link if you would rather use the browser.

Good to know

  • A new password signs you out on every other device, so sign in again there.
  • Each new reset email replaces the one before. Use the latest.
  • If no email arrives, check your spam folder, or contact support.
